Intellectual Property Dispute Resolution Process

1. Infringement Complaint Submission

If you have a good faith belief that a listing on Global OEMs International infringes your copyright, trademark, patent, or other intellectual property rights, please contact our Customer Service team immediately:

Processing Timeframe: We will initiate the process within 3 business days upon receipt

2. Complaint Evaluation and Handling

Upon receipt of your complaint, we will promptly evaluate the content. In cases where the complaint is deemed reasonable, we will expeditiously take down the relevant infringing product listing.

Note: Please ensure your complaint includes sufficient proof of rights and infringement evidence for accurate assessment.

3. Notification Procedure

We will notify the advertiser in writing about the removal of the claimed infringing listing and provide the advertiser with your contact information to enable direct communication between both parties. We will also provide the advertiser with an opportunity to respond to the complaint.

4. Objection Handling Mechanism

If the advertiser objects to the removal of the alleged infringing listing, they may submit an appropriate counter-notice to dispute the claim. Upon receipt of such counter-notice, we may resume the advertiser's listing unless we receive notice from you that legal action has been filed against the advertiser in a court of competent jurisdiction for infringement of your intellectual property rights.

我们将以书面形式通知广告主其被投诉的产品信息已被移除,并向广告主提供您的联系方式,以便双方能够直接沟通。同时,我们也会为广告主提供回应投诉的机会。

4. 异议处理机制

如果广告主对被下架的产品信息有异议,可以向我们提交适当的异议通知来质疑投诉主张。收到此类异议通知后,除非我们收到您已向有管辖权的法院对广告主提起知识产权侵权诉讼的通知,否则我们可能会恢复广告主的产品信息。
