Intellectual Property Protection Mechanism

1. Daily Review and Proactive Removal

Global OEMs International conducts proactive daily reviews to remove listings that clearly offer infringing products.

2. Infringement Notice Handling

We will promptly remove relevant listings when intellectual property rights holders file appropriate infringement claims against Global OEMs International service users who submitted infringing listings.

3. User Notification

Issue written notices to users who submitted infringing listings, informing them that their products are prohibited on the Global OEMs International website and have been removed accordingly.

4. User Appeal Rights

Provide written notices to users whose listings are accused of infringing others' intellectual property rights, and offer them the opportunity to respond to these allegations.

5. Repeat Infringer Handling

Terminate, when appropriate, the accounts of Global OEMs International service users who appear to be repeat infringers.

Liability Statement and User Obligations

Platform Liability Limitation

Global OEMs International cannot conduct substantive reviews of every transaction information posted on the platform. We appreciate your assistance in identifying listings that may infringe your rights, even if these listings do not appear obviously infringing on the surface.

Neutrality of Takedown Decisions

Removing a listing based on prudential principles does not mean Global OEMs International endorses the infringement claim. Similarly, when Global OEMs International decides not to remove a listing, it does not mean we determine the listing is non-infringing, nor does it mean we endorse the sale of goods in such cases.

Responsibility of Rights Claimants

We require those who assert infringement claims and request Global OEMs International to prevent others from posting transaction information on our platform to take responsibility for their claims. By submitting an alleged infringement report to Global OEMs International and requesting the removal of a listing, you agree to indemnify Global OEMs International against any claims or damages arising from the removal of the accused listing.
