1.1 Policy Overview

This document outlines Global OEMs International's policy ("Policy") for dealing with notifications of alleged infringements of intellectual property rights ("IPR"), in relation to materials available on Global OEMs International's websites or servers (each such alleged infringement, an "Alleged Infringement"), by visitors and users of this website ("Users").

2. Our Handling of Alleged Infringement

2.1 Complaint Submission

An IPR owner or the agent thereof (the "Complainant") may (and shall, if requested by Global OEMs International) complete and sign the IP Complaint Notice to notify Global OEMs International of the Alleged Infringement (the "IP Complaint Notice").

2.2 Procedure Adherence

Global OEMs International shall deal with the IP Complaint Notice in accordance with the established procedures.

2.3 Policy Amendments

Global OEMs International reserves the right to amend the Procedures from time to time.

3. Required Information

The Complainant shall provide Global OEMs International with all the necessary documentation and other relevant information in respect of the Alleged Infringement (the "Relevant Information"), including:

Evidence of IPR Ownership:

• Copyright: Registration certificates, evidence of original creation and ownership

• Trademark: Certificate of trademark registration

• Patent: Certificate of patent grant with relevant claims

• Design Rights: Certificate of registration of design

Supporting Documents:

• Company incorporation or registration certificate

• Evidence of infringement (website links, photographs, samples)

• Court judgments or legal decisions

• Any other relevant documents as required

4. Reporting Procedures

Those wishing to notify Global OEMs International of an Alleged Infringement shall complete the IP Complaint Notice and send it (together with the Relevant Information) to our designated representative:

5. Indemnity Clause

By submitting an IP Complaint Notice, the Complainant agrees to indemnify Global OEMs International and its representatives from any claims arising from actions taken pursuant to the complaint. The Complainant also acknowledges that the complaint and supporting documents may be disclosed to the parties complained of and used as deemed necessary by Global OEMs International.
